In-Store:

You are eligible to receive a full refund or exchange within 14-days of your purchase. Tags must still be on and each item or garment must not be worn. Any returns after 14 days will be case by case.

All underwear, swimwear and Sale Items are FINAL SALE.

You are eligible to receive a full refund if your item or garment is sent back within 30 days of receiving the enclosed order’s packing slip. Tags must still be on and each item or garment and must not be worn.  Any web returns that exceed 30 days are only eligible for store credit.

Returning something? Please include your full name, order number, and items you’d like to return or exchange. Please note that Valley Lifestyle does not cover your return shipping costs.
