Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:

Free shipping on orders over $99 CAD.

Orders will be shipped 3-days a week on Monday’s, Wednesday’s, and Friday’s.

For any order under $99 CAD before taxes, shipping is a flat rate.  $15 CAD for orders shipping to British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. $25 CAD for orders shipping to Ontario, Quebec, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia, and New Brunswick. $30 CAD for orders shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut.

Local Pick-Up:

Valley Lifestyle will send you an email confirming that your order is ‘Ready for Pick-up’. When you have received confirmation that your product is ready for pick-up, you may visit the shop during regular open hours. We request that you wait until receiving your confirmation of pick-up before visiting the store.
